Rapiday is a Modern Work Force Management and executes all core operational functions efficiently and provides a framework that accomplishes integration of your workforce.

Rapiday architecture creates individual company or country specific instances that collaborate with each other to create the enterprise environment. This allows Rapiday to implement detailed enterprise local and global policies.

Rapiday creates a single task list on employee’s dashboard with a summary of expected actions from his local instance as well as other instances. The action link on the task opens the task detail from the instance where this task was generated. Employee can perform the expected action and the task moves to next employee’s (any country) task list. This creates a self service global collaborative environment.

A single task can also be generated on dashboard of multiple managers and anyone can execute and close the task.

Core functionality of Rapiday is configurable using Database Tables and Procedures. This facilitates quick and robust implementation of policies like leaves. At the lowest level the rules are mapped to each employee. Using the configuration procedures, the rules can be mapped to group of employees based on employee properties like Departments or Employment Category. Any change in policy rule is easily accomplished by modifying the Database Procedure.

Rapiday has a plug-in based architecture. The plug-ins can extend existing interfaces horizontally or vertically and create new interfaces. The plug-ins can be either for the organization (Global) or for a local instance (Country). This helps to create completely new functionality by exploiting the user interface as well as Data vis. employees and their reporting relationships.

Rapiday implements new processes by workflows. The workflows use existing Organization structure and reporting relationships. Rapiday Workflow is a stage wise implementation of tasks within the Enterprise Organogram.

Rapiday Workflows are implemented using a pattern of Workflow Manager, Workflow Form, Workflow Stages and employees responsible for the stage. All the fields in a workflow form for all its stages are captured in a single form. Based on the stage, sections of the form are editable or hidden or read only. Simple editing is done on the form and Complex editing is done on a pop-up. This allows visibility of the base page while doing the editing.

Rapiday has the ability to share Forms across instances (e.g. Countries). Rapiday Forms seen in other instance has all the business logic from its base instance.
